COLD RELIEF — Chest and Back Blend

Are you sick? Many people I know have been getting sick. Don’t get sick!

Stay on top of your daily protocols; include essential oils by making them easy to use while keeping them on hand at all times.

Reuse your old product containers, jars, canisters etc. to keep your essential oil DIYs in. I’ve been saving this 1oz. large size roller ball (pictured) for something handy. Great for the kids because I know I need something I can easily apply without any fuss.

As a birth and postpartum doula, getting sick is not an option. At the first sign of anything, I nip it. I diffuse, apply topically and ingest if needed. Loads of rest and early nights often help.

When my kids have had a busy weekend with some late nights I know they become more susceptible to bugs, coughs and colds. Their immune systems become lowered and weakened. Sundays have become a bit of a recoup day for us. Easy lounging in the afternoon, early dinner, bath and early bedtime. We diffuse all day, have oils in our bath, and apply before bedtime as well as diffusing through the night. If they get sick, then there’s greater chance we can get sick and a household of illness is no bueno in our home.

Currently, my daughter, Gemma has a runny nose so I’ll be more attentive to her needs because I don’t want her sniffles to progress into anything else. I made her this chest and back blend for her sniffles to ward off anything else in the works!
